We want you to love your new home essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unwashed and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been removed from its internal protective sleeve or used.

Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your linen items and place them back into their original fabric bags and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
